This camp is for all artists who have a sense of adventure and like to try new things. Adventures in art will take place all week long as we explore the various art materials we have in the clubhouse as well as art that we can create from objects in our environment. We’ll explore all our neighborhood has to offer -parks, the zoo, maybe even the beach? We will be painting, drawing, sculpting, designing and making some fantastic crafts that can be as wild as your imagination will allow you to be. A snack will be provided during class each day. Come and join us for new adventures in art, fun, and a week of camp that will make you wish that summer never end! Taught by Nani Murphy.

Chess Wizards - register online

Grades: 1-8 (grade of child in Fall 2008)

Kids will learn how to play chess and master their techniques. Students will be taught by world-renowned chess coaches. They will learn very cool openings, midgames (with all the pins), double attacks, endgames, and other fun things in chess…even bug house and a camp tournament! All campers will receive a chess board, a set of chess pieces, Chess Wizards T-shirt, scoreboard, trophy, camp photo, work folder, and certificate of achievement. Taught by Chess Wizards experts!

Mad Science
