Menomonee Guest PolicyThe Clubhouse Game Room is organized for members only. However, if you wish to send a guest with your child, please call the Club ahead of time for approval. If space is available, each member can have up to three guests per year. There is a $10 guest fee which includes use of the Game Room. It is extremely difficult to authorize a guest for a scheduled class or event, but you may call the Club to see if there is space available. If approved, there will be a class or event fee plus the $10 guest fee. We would appreciate any emergency information you can provide along with a signed release by the parent of the guest or member.
Refund Policy
If you are not accepted into a program, you will receive a full refund. The Menomonee Club will also give a refund or credit minus a $25 administrative fee prior to the first day of a program session. A 50% credit will be given during the first week of a program session, or during the first week of team practice (only if withdrawal from the program does not bring enrollment below the minimum number of students required to offer the class). No credits or refunds will be given after the first week of the session. No credits or refunds will be issued for non-member program increased fees, in the event the child joins the club later in the year.
Other Fees and Rights
There will be a $25 fee for any returned checks or declined credit cards. Although not frequent, The Menomonee Club reserves the right to change instructors without prior notice. The Menomonee Club can not be responsible for lost or stolen articles. Rates subject to change.
